Are Stock Markets open on good Friday today in India?

In the entire span of the year 2023, there are a total of 15 annual holidays observed in the markets, which is an increase of two compared to the previous year.

On the occasion of Good Friday, both the NSE (National Stock Exchange) and BSE (Bombay Stock Exchange) will remain closed on Friday, as indicated by the market holiday schedule.

This closure will apply to all segments of the market, including the equity, derivative, and SLB (Securities Lending and Borrowing) segments.
